If you specify your budget you should think about all important things that you need in your dream flat. Maybe you need a studio or maybe a two-bedroom flat? Think about the period you would like to stay in apartment. Also remember to specify if you need a parking space, because not every apartment has them. Distance from points of interest, like shops, universities, schools, bus stops can be also important to you. A full of life city center of maybe suburbs?   • What is included in the rent?

  • — Rent in Poland includes money for the flat owner

  • What else will I have to pay?

  • — Admin fee (cleaning the common building area, heating)

    — Household bills (electricity, water, gas)

  • How much is the deposit?

  • — When you rent an apartment in Poland, deposit for owner is always required. Most of the times it’s equal to one month rent, but sometimes it might be more. Of course deposit is refundable at the end of your stay(when you leave the flat in good condition).

  • Lease contract

  • — Lease contract is an agreement written and signed between both parties. It protect both sides and explains responsibilities. Contract is bilingual (English and Polish) and clearly written, if you want to read it carefully, we can send you draft via e-mail. Usually rental length in Poland is 12 months.
