Inquiry – recognizing your needs and investment opportunities ( how much money you are able to spend, preferred city)

Research in local real estate market, checking new investments from local developers in Poland ( We will choose the best location to avoid problems with renting your apartment later).

Feedback from us with proposed investments worth investing in and other details such as:

• • information about district and nearest points of interest
  • building visualisation
  • price and date of completion
  • information about expected return from investment

Final inspection – When the building is ready and developer dispose use permit.

If you choose one of the apartments you sign an agreement at the notary office. We can do it on your behalf if you authorize us.

After signing the contract you are obliged to pay for your new investment.
